You'll contribute to daily operations, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards in a collaborative environment that values development and teamwork. Starting pay is $22 per hour, with opportunities to grow into leadership as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or equipment operation experience.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions.
• Strong focus on safety and operational excellence.
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the facility.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow and prioritizing department activities.
• Help the team achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Assist with training and supporting team members across multiple warehouse functions.
• Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
