The University of Georgia is seeking a Washington Semester Program Assistant to support undergraduate residents in Delta Hall in Washington, DC. You will serve as a living environment liaison, respond to emergencies, and help coordinate weekly seminars and program events.

You will attend meetings with program leadership and DC-based constituents, manage check-in/check-out processes, and assist with orientation and training activities to ensure a smooth program experience for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Reside with the undergraduate students in Delta Hall, and ensure a positive living environment.
• Respond to emergencies and act as primary contact when needed.
• Assist in the coordination of weekly seminars and program events.
• Attend meetings with program leadership and DC-based constituents.
• Coordinate residential check-in and check-out processes.
• Assist with program orientation and training activities.
