Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in BA/BS or MA/MS in public policy, health policy, public health, political science, health administration, business, or related major.
• Candidates from other majors with public policy interest will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Track federal and state legislation, regulations, and other developments affecting healthcare.
• Review policy proposals to identify key provisions and potential implications.
• Draft issue briefs, policy summaries, and presentations to support policy development.
• Attend policy briefings and create detailed summaries of key insights.
• Assist in developing public policy positions, recommendations, and responses to policy proposals.
