Dexian is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead backlog management and drive delivery of enterprise tech solutions in an Agile environment in downtown Washington, DC. The role connects business stakeholders with technical teams, translating needs into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities.

The successful candidate will own the backlog, manage stakeholders, and use delivery metrics to support decisions, with 5 on-site days per week in DC.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on PO in Agile delivery, supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience prioritizing multi-stakeholder backlogs.
• Knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog refinement.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe in multi-team delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Experience using metrics to guide prioritization.

Aufgaben

• Own and refine the product backlog based on value and goals.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and DoD.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements.
• Support testing to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Serve as the day-to-day bridge between business and delivery teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and communicate progress.
• Maintain a near-term roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Incorporate feedback and market information to inform priorities.
• Track velocity, acceptance rates, and sprint goals for improvement.
• Maintain product documentation and decisions.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
