Qualifications

• Three or more years administering participant funds or comparable disbursement programs.
• Experience maintaining audit-ready financial records.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with eligibility documentation.
• Discretion and sound judgment handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Administer participant funds including training scholarships, transportation assistance, tools, uniforms, equipment and licensing fees, training stipends, childcare assistance, emergency assistance, and paid work experience.
• Verify participant eligibility and maintain supporting documentation for every disbursement.
• Process disbursements on a schedule frequent enough to support retention — weekly or bi-weekly where circumstances require it.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and reconcile fund balances.
• Produce disbursement reporting for the client and program partners.
• Identify recurring barriers from disbursement patterns and flag them to program leadership.
• Coordinate with case managers on individual participant needs.
