You will translate contractor requirements into sourcing criteria, track applications and placements, and help employers participate effectively in hiring fairs and forums.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in construction, construction management, trades, or contractor-facing workforce roles.
• Demonstrated credibility with construction employers — general contractor, subcontractor, trades, or owner-side experience strongly weighted.
• Experience with local hire, First Source, or comparable jurisdictional hiring requirements.
• Ability to work at pace and hold multiple employer relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for the general contractor and all subcontractors on resident hiring.
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractor hiring managers, superintendents, and HR staff across trades.
• Translate contractor requirements into clear candidate specifications for the sourcing team.
• Track resident applications, interviews, and placements in support of overall and company-specific local hiring requirements.
• Prepare employers to participate effectively in hiring fairs and placement forums.
• Provide feedback to training partners on candidate readiness gaps identified by employers.
• Support the rolling hiring forecast with intelligence gathered from the field.
• Troubleshoot placement issues quickly and directly with employers.
