• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Public-sector or utility procurement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities using Oracle ERP, including solicitations and contracts.
• Support end-to-end sourcing, evaluation, and award of capital construction and A&E contracts.
• Draft and review RFPs, IFBs, scopes of work, and contract modifications.
• Coordinate evaluation panels and maintain audit-ready contract files.
• Ensure procurement actions comply with applicable regulations and requirements.
