Job Title: Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift

Hours: M-F from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM

Responsibilities

Essential MHE Functions

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Operate and maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots, and chargers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems.
• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
• Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
• Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical systems using a multimeter.
• Create and close work orders, recording labor hours, maintenance, and parts used.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Essential Facility Functions

• Perform repairs and maintenance to office/building facilities.
• Conduct painting, plumbing, janitorial work.
• Work with low and high voltage electrical systems.
• Install and repair racks.
• Maintain docks and doors.
• Perform welding and basic fabrication.
• Manage company tools and maintenance equipment, including inventory, safety, and security.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience with CMMS required.
• Ability to work independently.

Pay Range: $20.40 - $51.70 per hour/monthly (depending on role and location)

This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Wage regulations are followed, with potential higher wages based on location.
