Job Title: Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift
Hours: M-F from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM
Responsibilities
Essential MHE Functions
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots, and chargers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems.
- Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment to meet production specifications.
- Lead and audit preventive maintenance procedures.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
- Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical systems using a multimeter.
- Create and close work orders, recording labor hours, maintenance, and parts used.
- Develop training plans for service technicians.
- Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Essential Facility Functions
- Perform repairs and maintenance to office/building facilities.
- Conduct painting, plumbing, janitorial work.
- Work with low and high voltage electrical systems.
- Install and repair racks.
- Maintain docks and doors.
- Perform welding and basic fabrication.
- Manage company tools and maintenance equipment, including inventory, safety, and security.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with CMMS required.
- Ability to work independently.
Pay Range: $20.40 - $51.70 per hour/monthly (depending on role and location)
This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives. Wage regulations are followed, with potential higher wages based on location.
