Job Posting:

Maintenance Technician I - 2nd Shift (Hours: M-F, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL MHE FUNCTIONS

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Operate, maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots, and chargers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments to align with production specifications or instructions.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
• Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical systems using a multimeter.
• Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
• Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management.

ESSENTIAL FACILITY FUNCTIONS

• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to the office/building.
• Perform painting, plumbing, some janitorial work.
• Handle low and high voltage electrical tasks.
• Install and repair racks.
• Maintain docks and doors.
• Perform welding and basic fabrication.
• Manage company tools and maintenance equipment, including inventory, safe operation, storage, and security.
• Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, or be on call.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CMMS required.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Pay Range

$20.40 - $51.70

Estimated ranges are displayed as monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles.

This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives.
