DC Automation & Maintenance Technician I

Job Title: Maintenance Technician I - 3rd Shift

Hours: M-F, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Responsibilities

Essential MHE Functions

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Operate, maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports, robots, and chargers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments to meet production specifications.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
• Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical systems using a multimeter.
• Create and close out work orders, documenting labor hours, maintenance performed, and parts used.
• Develop training plans for service technicians.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Essential Facility Functions

• Perform repairs and maintenance to the office/building.
• Painting, plumbing, janitorial work.
• Low and high voltage electrical work.
• Rack installation and repair.
• Dock and door maintenance.
• Welding and basic fabrication.
• Manage company tools and maintenance equipment, including inventory, safe operation, and storage.
• Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Pay Range

$20.40 - $51.70 per hour/monthly (depending on role and location)

This role is eligible for bonus or incentive plans. Wages comply with local regulations; starting wages may vary by location.
