Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Construction Cost Estimating or similar role.
• Knowledge of parametric, historic bid-based and detailed cost-based estimating techniques.
• Knowledge of vertical construction means and methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates from plans, drawings, and documents.
• Develop and prepare conceptual estimates using limited preliminary design documents.
• Conduct value analysis, life cycle costing, and constructability analysis.

Skills

Understanding of roadways and traffic engineering
