Key Responsibilities

As a DC Administrative Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding administrative support to the distribution center team.
  • Coordinating and managing documentation, records, and files with strict attention to detail.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
  • Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with team members to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements

  • - Pay Range: - $15.00 - $22.69 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
