Complete Building Services in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems across the property portfolio. You will read schematics, adjust BAS settings, and ensure safe, energy-efficient operation.

Candidates must have 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC repair experience, a DC 3rd Class Engineer's License, and the ability to work evenings or on call. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on HVAC repair experience.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and boilers/chillers.
• Interpret drawings and diagrams to support repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor BAS and adjust equipment for comfort and efficiency.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, minimizing downtime.
