Tiny Tree Counseling & Consulting, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a contracted hybrid DBT Therapist to provide individual DBT-informed therapy, co-facilitate skills groups, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and update treatment plans, collaborate with insurers and referral sources, participate in DBT consultation teams, and contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Minnesota licensure as LPCC/LICSW/LMFT/LP.
• Graduate training in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual DBT-informed therapy.
• Co-facilitate DBT skills groups.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and adherent manner.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop/update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with insurers, referral sources, and multidisciplinary providers.
