Job summary

The DBT Center at Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) seeks a full-time Staff Psychologist to lead evidence-based DBT work with adolescents, caregivers, and adults in a hybrid telehealth and in-person setting.

You will provide at least 20 clinical contact hours per week, participate in weekly team consultations, and collaborate with psychologists and other specialists to deliver comprehensive, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• PsyD or PhD credential required.
• Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin licensure immediately.
• Expertise in comprehensive DBT as a core qualification.
• Passion for clinical work with adolescents, caregivers and adults.
• Behavioral therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with adolescents, caregivers, and adults across Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
• Deliver comprehensive DBT including individual therapy, skills group, and between-session phone coaching; CBT and related evidence-based care.
• Participate in weekly team consultation meetings and collaborate with psychologists and other specialists.
