Children's Home of Wyoming Conference in the United States (North Greece, NY area) seeks dedicated staff to deliver CPST and PSR services to youth under 21. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), the role supports healthy functioning in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities include building therapeutic relationships, coordinating care with families and providers, and completing required documentation while ensuring safe transportation and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• DBT knowledge and skills in delivering psychosocial rehabilitative services.
• Familiarity with CPST and PSR service models and treatment planning.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships with youth and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide CPST (Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment).
• Build strong, supportive therapeutic relationships with youth and families.
• Promote caregiver-child relationships per treatment plan.
• Identify and communicate behavioral, emotional, or medical needs with involved providers.
• Confer with supervisor and program director on each child’s progress.
• Complete administrative tasks: scheduling visits, planning activities, documentation.
• Provide safe transportation as part of service delivery.
• Collaborate with youth, families, and other service providers for comprehensive care.
