Job summary

Astor Services Inc. is seeking dedicated Clinicians for its new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in the Bronx, NY. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to high-risk youth and their families.

You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation, engage in clinical assessments, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to offer comprehensive care. The position promises a competitive salary and generous PTO, including 4 weeks of vacation and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in child, adolescent, and family therapy.
• Licensed in NY (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, MHC-LP, Psy.D., Ph.D.).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using DBT.
• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver crisis interventions.
• Facilitate engaging DBT skills groups.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
