Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Arden Hills, MN, seeks an Admissions Coordinator for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This full-time, 1.0 FTE role is onsite for 90 days, then allows hybrid or remote work.

You will answer calls from patients/referrers, schedule appointments, manage referrals, and maintain accurate patient records in the EHR while supporting clinic operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 6 months in an administrative role, strong empathy, excellent

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to calls from patients and referents seeking DBT and other behavioral health services.
• Schedule patients by processing referrals and making outbound calls as needed.
• Manage DBT-related EHR inboxes and waitlist in coordination with site leads and directors.
• Verify and update patient demographic information and build positive relationships with referents and team members.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings and complete additional duties as assigned by leadership.
