Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking a DBT Therapist to join a leading adherent DBT program certified by DHS. You will design and implement treatment for outpatient clients, work with a team of DBT clinicians, and gradually add DBT patients to your caseload with potential telehealth sessions.

The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site offices, a manageable caseload, and opportunities for internal training and growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations.
• Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP) or open to unlicensed candidates depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a virtual DBT Consultation team and participate in adherent DBT treatment.
• Complete mental health diagnostics and provide high-quality ongoing therapy.
• Lead weekly DBT Groups and maintain outpatient electronic health records.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and participate in staff meetings.
