Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking a Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) for our onsite Woodbury, MN location. This full-time 1.0 FTE role offers a base pay range of $68,000 to $124,000 per year, with a supportive culture and flexible scheduling.

You will work with a team of DBT clinicians delivering adherent DBT treatment and outpatient therapy. Join a leading behavioral health organization with a long-standing presence in the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Mental Health Professional per Minnesota State Statute 245i.04.02 regulations.
• Unrestricted license (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, or LP).
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) experience strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a virtual DBT Consultation team, participate in all components of adherent DBT treatment, and attend monthly trainings facilitated by DBT teammates.
• Complete a mental health diagnostic assessment on new patients.
• Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients.
• Help lead weekly DBT Groups.
• Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records.
• Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
