Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Lakeville, MN is seeking a Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) for a full-time role onsite or hybrid. You will join Minnesota’s leading adherent DBT program and provide DBT and outpatient therapy to clients.

Work with a team of DBT clinicians, maintain organized EHRs, participate in trainings, and support coordinated care. Licensure as LMFT/LPCC/LICSW/LP or eligibility is required; DBT experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must hold a mental health professional license in Minnesota.
• Unrestricted LMFT/LPCC/LICSW/LP license preferred.
• DBT experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a virtual DBT Consultation team and participate in adherent DBT treatment.
• Complete mental health diagnostic assessments for new patients.
• Provide high-quality ongoing therapy with clients.
• Help lead weekly DBT groups.
• Maintain complete and organized outpatient electronic health records.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with other professionals.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and case reviews.
