Job summary
Dover Public Schools is seeking After-School Club Advisors for the 2026-2027 program year to support a range of clubs after the school day ends. Advisors will supervise and guide student activities across clubs such as Magic Club, Volleyball Club, Running & Walking Club, Dance Club, and more.
Compensation is $40 per hour, including 2 hours of prep, with sessions approximately 60 minutes long. The program emphasizes student engagement, safety, and constructive supervision.
Responsibilities
- Advisors for after-school clubs to support and guide student activities.
- Assist with planning and supervising club activities and events.
- Support students in reporting or creating school news content where applicable.
- Work with faculty to ensure safe, organized, and engaging club sessions.

- ROARS in Action - Students assist with special projects, organizing, welcoming visitors, school beautification, and other needs throughout the school.
- DBA Mathletes - Math games, challenges, puzzles, competitions, and problem-solving activities.
- The Write Stuff - Creative writing, storytelling, reading, word games, and opportunities for students to share their work.
