Job summary

Dina Development Corporation (DDC) IT Services LLC is seeking a DB2 System Administrator to maintain DB2 environments on IBM mainframe z/OS. Responsibilities include applying STIG/SRG requirements, keeping vendor-supported software, and documenting all changes in tickets and change requests.

The role requires 3–5 years of DB2 experience, an associate degree in a STEM field, and a Secret clearance with IAT level 1 certification. The team supports DISA mainframe systems and migrations.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in DB2 administration.
Associates degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.
Secret clearance required; IAT level 1 certification.
Experience with STIG/SRG compliance.
Familiarity with SMP/E and z/OS mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain DB2 environments and related software per STIG/SRG and vendor lifecycles.
Apply security patches within required timeframes and maintain documentation.
Provide technical support to customers on DB2 on DISA mainframe systems and upgrades.
Install, customize, upgrade, and maintain DB2 software on z/OS mainframes.
Plan and execute database migrations and software upgrades.
Prepare reports to the COR and manage tickets and change requests.
