Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Field Co-Ops: Gain hands-on experience learning skilled trades by working alongside full-time construction professionals. Participate in daily activities to understand processes and management methods. Assist onsite to ensure safety, quality construction, effective planning and scheduling, cost management, collaboration with stakeholders, and customer service. Receive mentoring and have specific project responsibilities.
• Office Co-Ops: Support construction administration by assisting Operations/Leadership, Project Management, HR, Engineering, Safety, and Architecture teams. Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient project operations. Gain insights into project management and tools used in the field and office.
