Job summary

Miller Bros. Const., Inc. is seeking a Construction Co-op to gain hands-on experience in both office and field environments.

You will shadow project managers and superintendents, support submittals, assist with RFIs, and participate in planning discussions to strengthen your project management skills while contributing to active projects. This fast-paced program provides exposure to estimating, scheduling, material tracking, and closeout documentation, helping you build a well-rounded foundation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of college credits in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Related Field or Experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Project Managers and Superintendents in the office and/or field.
• Support submittal reviews and correspondence.
• Assist with time and material tracking.
• Participate in schedule review and project planning discussions.
• Draft and track RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Contribute to estimating and quantity takeoffs.
• Help with change order development.
• Verify material deliveries and maintain inventory records.
• Document project progress in the field.
• Assist with project closeout documentation.
