Job summary

Premier Private Jets in Dayton, OH seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead daily MRO operations for jet, turboprop and piston aircraft. The role requires strong leadership, FAA compliance, and cross-department coordination to ensure on-time, safe maintenance and quality outcomes.

The candidate should have extensive aviation management experience, an A&P license, and the ability to oversee staffing, quoting, and training while maintaining DOT/FAA standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ aviation management experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Jet & Turboprop Airframe & Powerplant.
• A&P license required; IA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day safe, quality-oriented MRO operations at the Dayton station.
• Manage P&L, work scope, quoting, and staffing across maintenance, avionics, interior, and FBO/Line.
• Lead and train junior mechanics; manage performance and PTO.
• Ensure FAA 145 Repair Station compliance and proper paperwork.
• Coordinate with QA, Parts, vendors, and customers daily.
