Job summary

Premier Private Jets in Dayton, OH is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day, safe, and quality-oriented operations of our 145 Repair Station, servicing jet, turboprop and piston aircraft. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive profitability, lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team, ensure FAA compliance and timely delivery of aircraft projects.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to regulatory standards, and the ability to coordinate with quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Aviation Management required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in both Jet & Turboprop Airframe & Powerplant.
• Must have strong experience in 145 repair station standards and operations.
• A&P license required.
• IA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Maintenance and engine experience in King Air, Beech Jet, Citation 500/550/560/650 or Hawker 700/800/850 preferred.
• Fluency in English to meet FAA Regulations.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the General Manager and manages day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Responsible for profitability and on-time delivery of aircraft projects.
• Lead and train junior mechanics across multiple aircraft projects.
• Ensure compliance with FAA 145 Repair Station, FAA 135 Aircraft Operations, OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Parts Department and other departments.
• Maintain and monitor safety practices and use of MRO tools and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
