Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes in Southeast Michigan, helping with skill-building activities and encouraging personal growth within the community.

We offer full and part-time roles with paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay. You must be able to pass background checks and have reliable transportation to assignments.

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to Recipients in their homes.
• Support skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Assist with community engagement to extend growth beyond home.
