Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver based in Weatherford, TX, to operate on a Monday–Friday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The role involves safely loading and unloading goods, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

You will use a forklift and hand trucks to move materials and ensure orders are ready for shipment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of forklift experience, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Good organization and time management.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50 lbs daily and use hand-tools.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks.
• Package and unpack products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate forklift or hand truck to move goods.
• Assemble containers and prepare shipping documents.
• Review orders and plan loading on trucks.
• Oversee loading/unloading and ensure accurate cargo handling.
• Call customers to arrange deliveries.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and re-bundle damaged conduit.
