Job summary

Swig in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Daytime Team Member to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the store clean. You’ll handle order prep, assist with to-go and delivery, and help create the friendly, family-like experience Swig is known for.

Must be 16+, available 7am–3pm on weekdays, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail. Perks include discounted drinks, cookies, flexible hours, growth opportunities, and team competitions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work between 7am–3pm on weekdays.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and specials to boost guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
