Swig is seeking Daytime Team Members in New Braunfels, TX to craft drinks and food, keep the dining area clean, and deliver a seamless guest experience. You’ll handle prep, stocking, and to-go orders while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a seamless experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless; assist with cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow company policies to uphold Swig’s standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
