Job summary

Swig is seeking daytime Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and help deliver an exceptional experience. You’ll craft drinks and assist with food prep, while keeping all spaces clean and organized in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to multitask with strong communication. A 16+ age requirement and flexible hours help fit around school or other commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work daytime shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and assist with menu recommendations.
• Prepare drinks and food following Swig procedures and quality standards.
• Keep dining areas, outdoor spaces, and workstations clean and organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Support teammates to meet goals and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines to uphold standards.
