Job summary

Swig is hiring Daytime Team Members in Leesburg, FL to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the dining area clean. You’ll handle prep, stocking, and to-go orders, working with a fun, fast-paced team that values hospitality and energy.

The role requires a 7am–4pm weekday availability, a food handler's permit, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Pay is $14–$15 per hour, including tips, plus discounted drinks and cookies and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must hold a valid food handler's permit and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food by following Swig procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly with the team.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging for efficient service.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
