Job summary

Swig is hiring Daytime Team Members to join a fast-paced, fun-loving team. You’ll craft drinks and light food, greet guests with a smile, and keep spaces spotless while following safety guidelines. duties include prep, stocking, to-go orders, and delivering a welcoming experience.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, have reliable transportation, and can work 7am–3pm on weekdays, with strong communication and attention to detail. Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth experience.
• Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay efficient.
• Help with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards across the venue.
• Collaborate with the team to hit targets and create a welcoming vibe.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance guest enjoyment.
