Job summary

Swig Greenville is hiring daytime Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a fun, high-energy environment. You’ll craft drinks, greet guests, keep spaces clean, and support prep, stock, and to-go orders on a 7am–3pm schedule.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. Must be 16+ with a food handler permit and reliable transportation. Previous restaurant experience is a plus and growth opportunities abound.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests and communicate clearly with teammates.
• Keep dining room and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and to-go orders.
• Support delivery orders with accuracy and timely service.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Promote add-ons and help customers discover favorites.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.
