Job summary

Swig Greenville is hiring daytime Team Members to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the store sparkling. You’ll follow Swig’s procedures, help with prep and to-go orders, and support a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Must be at least 16, able to work 7am–3pm on weekdays, and have a food handler's permit. Great attitude, reliability, and teamwork will help you grow with us and share happiness cup after cup.

Responsibilities

• Craft drinks and food following Swig procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and ensure a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces clean and sanitized.
• Perform prep, stocking and staging to stay organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus!
