Swig is hiring in Youngsville, LA for team members who will craft drinks, greet guests, and help keep the store spotless. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where every customer leaves with a smile.

No prior full-time experience required; being at least 16, friendly, reliable, and eager to learn are valued. Roles include prep, stocking, and assisting with to-go orders, with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless; clean as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and menu items to enhance customer experience.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig's procedures.

• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.

• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.
