Job summary

Swig in Fort Worth, TX is hiring Daytime Team Members to join a fast-paced, friendly team. You will craft drinks, welcome guests, and keep the space clean while supporting smooth operations across dine-in and to-go orders.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, strong communicators and reliable team players who can multitask in a busy setting. A food handler’s permit is required; ages 16+ are welcome to apply. Growth opportunities and flexible hours offered.

Qualifications

• Daytime shifts run 7am–3pm on weekdays.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates for a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas and workspaces spotless and orderly.
• Handle prep, stocking and staging to stay organized.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and special items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience.
• Keep the dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless — from wiping tables to deep cleaning as needed.
• Handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep everything organized and efficient.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
• Maintain food rotation, cleanliness, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Offer add-ons and special menu items, helping customers discover new favorites and enhancing their experience!
• Follow all company policies and procedures to uphold our standards and values.
• Perform other duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Daytime Team Members must able to work between 7am-3pm on weekdays.
