Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running efficient shifts and guiding a team with confidence. You will take ownership of problems and resolve issues quickly, while offering help and direction to coworkers.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with basic computer literacy and strong math/analytical abilities. 18+ and reliable transport are a must.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic PC literacy.
