Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise location in Lysander, NY. You will support the restaurant GM by running smooth shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and PC literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation

• Support the GM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate
• Provide guidance to other team members during shifts
