Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable Shift Leader for a Taco Bell franchise unit in New York. You will support the RGM by running shifts, resolving issues, and keeping service levels high.

This role requires 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic math and PC skills, and the stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. A strong team mindset and dependable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner to support the RGM.
• Take ownership and solve problems, and help others when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team and ensure smooth operations on shift.
