Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for our Taco Bell franchise in New York. You will support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and taking ownership to solve problems while guiding teammates.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to perform physical tasks. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.
