Qualifications

• TABC Certified is required.
• Texas Food Handlers certificate is required.
• Ability to memorize recipes and beverage lists.
• Flexible availability in scheduling.
• Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality and authentic service to guests.
• Learn and be knowledgeable of the food and beverage menus.
• Take guests' orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain table and dining area cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and high standards of service.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
