Qualifications

• Memorize recipes and beverage lists to inform guests accurately.
• Flexible availability for shifts and events.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Provide friendly, attentive hospitality to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menu knowledge with hospitality.
• Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Maintain tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle POS transactions and cash payments using POS system.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies.
• Assist with opening/closing and side-work duties.
