HomeGrown is a daytime eatery in Rogers, Arkansas, focused on breakfast and brunch with a local, scratch-made touch. As part of Thrive Restaurant Group, we cultivate kindness, teamwork, and a welcoming guest experience that makes people feel valued from the moment they arrive.

We’re hiring for Server (Front of House) roles. You’ll deliver attentive service, manage seating and takeout orders, and help create memorable visits.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to focus on several tasks at once.
• Friendly and upbeat personality.
• Ability to use a touch screen tablet for order taking/payment processing.
• Able to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to follow directions exactly as expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with servers, host/hostesses, bussers, bartenders, expo and management to update seating.
• Maintain seating system and waitlist.
• Answer the phone and take guest orders.
• Provide exceptionally kind service for dine-in or takeout guests.
• Buss/clean tables and stock service areas as needed.
• Deliver food to tables and patio, assist with closing duties.
