HomeGrown in Rogers, AR is seeking a Server (Front of House) to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver a warm breakfast/brunch experience. You will work with a friendly team to ensure fast, accurate service while handling takeout and dine-in orders with care.

Qualifications

• Able to handle bus tubs and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the team to keep seating and service flow smooth.
• Maintain seating system and waitlist.
• Answer the phone and take orders.
• Provide exceptionally kind service for dine-in or takeout.
• Assist with bussing, cleaning, and stocking as needed.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects.
• Run food to tables and patio areas.
• Perform closing duties as assigned.
