Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a reliable utility worker to join our kitchen team in Minnesota (Lake Crystal).

This role emphasizes day hours with guaranteed hours and no nights or weekends, and includes duties such as dishwashing, cleaning, and equipment handling to maintain a safe, sanitary environment. You'll follow food safety guidelines, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and contribute to a culture of teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds; stands and moves for long periods.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in a kitchen environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Adheres to food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as required either by hand or with dish machine
• Sweep and mop floors, by hand or with machine as needed
• Wash tables walls, coolers, trash receptacles, etc., as required
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Maintain clean work environment
• Assists other team members as needed
• Be on time
• Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
• Maitain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
• Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team
