Taher, Inc. is a family-owned food service management company providing K-12 lunch programs with a nationwide footprint. We are seeking a reliable utility worker for day hours to support our kitchen team and maintain a safe, clean environment.

You will be responsible for dishwashing, general cleaning, adhering to food safety standards, and assisting teammates as needed. This role requires punctuality and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must follow oral and written directions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for long periods.
• Be punctual and dependable.
• Follow food safety requirements and guidelines.
• Self-starter who can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, wash and put away dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors as needed.
• Wash tables, walls, coolers and receptacles.
• Transport trash per procedures and keep areas sanitary.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas; maintain clean workspace.
• Assist team members as needed; be on time.
