Job summary

RED APPLE SERVICES LLC is seeking a Full-Time Day Custodian for Acadiana Renaissance Charter School (9-12). The role involves keeping interior and exterior areas clean, maintaining restrooms, and supporting cafeteria cleanliness. Occasional travel to nearby sites may be required.

Requirements include a minimum high school diploma and at least 1 year of janitorial experience, with adherence to safety procedures and school policies.

Qualifications

• Education -- minimum high school graduate with continuing education construction or facilities related.
• Experience -- A minimum of 1 years of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications -- Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities (Skills and Knowledge).
• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior (hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multi-purpose room) and exterior (perimeter, parking lot, playground, windows).
• Empty trash from all receptacles and dust FF&E, window sills and vents.
• Clean and sterilize restrooms; remove bodily messes per training.
• Assist with cafeteria cleaning and table upkeep; keep cafeteria floors clean.
• Travel to nearby schools or warehouse/storage as needed; participate in training programs.
