Job summary

RED APPLE SERVICES LLC is seeking a Full-Time Day Custodian at Warring Preparatory Academy in Pensacola, Florida. You will maintain clean and safe facilities, support cafeteria areas, and assist with maintenance activities under supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning interior and exterior areas, waste removal, restroom sanitization, and following OSHA safety procedures. High school diploma and janitorial experience required, with potential statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Education -- minimum high school graduate with continuing education construction or facilities related.
• Experience -- A minimum of 1 years of janitorial trade experience.
• Special Qualifications --Must possess the above knowledge, skills, and abilities (Skills and Knowledge).
• May perform other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas: interior hallways, restrooms, offices, classrooms, multi-purpose room and other areas.
• Exterior cleaning: perimeter of school building, parking lot, playground, windows and other areas as assigned.
• Empty trash from all receptacles and dust FF&E, window sills, air vents.
• Clean and sterilize restroom facilities and handle bodily messes per training.
• Assist with cafeteria cleaning, tables and keeping floors clean.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and school policies.
• Travel may be required to nearby schools or warehouse/storage.
